Loved immediate results but chin lipo not as snatched, 2 months post-op

Fell into the tiktok rabbit hole and flew to Mexico for a chin lipo. Loved the immediate results and was satisfied the first 2 weeks but now it’s getting fluffy again. I have not gained excess weight. I have vertical lines running down the middle of my neck and it causes tightness, the bottom part of my chin isn’t as hard anymore. I had minimal swelling initially and LOVED the results, but now I have lines and tightness in neck mobility but loss of tightness on the actual angle of the jawline. I had worn my faja 24/7 the first 2 weeks and nightly for an additional 2 weeks. Kinda stopped afterwards, but started to wear again to try and get the tightness back. Should I do radio frequency or another lipo? I already thought they took a lot out, but now it’s soft and pudgy??!
