The Secret to Looking 10 Years Younger.. Dr Nima + Chin Lipo!

Hi!
I'm a slim and fit late 30s woman, have dabbled in Botox, but have been getting frustrated with my aging neck. I met with Dr. Nima for a rhinoplasty and mentioned I was (to quote Nora Ephron..) feeling back about my neck. He took a look and suggested that some submental chin lipo could actually help give me a more lifted look overall. I never thought about lipo since I'm slim and I didn't have a ton of fat under my neck. I was definitely very hesitant and spent about 2 weeks freaking out and worrying about the procedure and almost canceled it after doomscrolling reviews here and building up a fear I'd come out with my neck looking like Tara Reid's stomach. (Sorry Tara). But, Dr. Nima and his team are blessed with the patience of saints. They were so open and helpful with me at every stage that I committed and went for it. The first month especially is hard. I was very swollen and very lumpy and my neck looked crazy. (Please note I had a rhinoplasty at the same time, so this definitely contributed because my face was super swollen and ya know, gravity moves stuff down). I wore compression pretty much two weeks straight, then just at night for another two weeks. Also did gua sha on my neck daily after week 2, drank ALOT of fluids, and panic texted Dr. Nima a lot. He constantly re-assured me every week that I despaired about how hard it was to see the healing process happen. I wore a lot of turtlenecks and scarves on zoom those first weeks. Anyway, I'm now exactly 6 weeks post, and WOW I'M SO HAPPY!!!! I think the results speak for themselves. There is still a tiny bit of swelling and I fully expect even more progress over the coming months but I'm so glad I did this and highly recommend Dr. Nima if you're considering chin lipo.
