Scar Tissue Lipo Revision
Hey there.
I'm wanting to enquire about my options. had lipo to the submental zone last year. I had it performed in 2921 and went perfect! Had a snatched jawline. Went back in to fix the jowls on my face as I have a very square face, but the surgeon went back under the submental zone when doing that which wasn't necessary as I wasn't a candidate for that area. Results were not ideal and left me with a double chin. So I had a revision to fix it this year. Results are now worse. Now I'm left with scar tissue build up. Hesitant on another revision to fix this based on scar tissue. It is hard. I know it will soften but I'm not ready to risk it with a lipo revision. Is there such a thing other than a neck lift to remove this? Like a smaller excision or subscision under the bad areas? Neck looks awful and very overcrowded. Just wanting advice. Photos attached.
