Neck & chin lipo April 2021 - I noticed bumps right away

I had neck and Chin lipo back in April 2021. I noticed right away that I had bumps and they told me what it was is fibrosis. I started doing treatments with them and then they told me that I should just do stretching exercise for my neck at home. They told me to wait about 6 months and that it should go away. I contacted them at the beginning of the year and let them know that it was almost a year and that I still did not like the way my neck looked and I have been doing the stretching exercises. I also told them that I had gone and done massages and nothing had worked. They told me the reason it looked like this is because I had lipomas which could not be taken out with the cannula. They said I would have to have surgery and they would have to cut to remove them. They told me they did not recommend for me to do this because I would have a scar. Now I want to see a doctor about fixing my neck. I feel like I have a horrible old lady neck. I was better off just leaving it the way it was.
