What Are These Marks? Post Chin Lipo

I had chin/ neck lipo and a chin implant. Obviously the one mark is the chin implant scar. But what in the world are these pock mark looking trace marks forming some alien circle form under my neck Will they go away? Is it scarring? It is like indents all in a line and looks awful I am younger so I don’t think the age of my skin has anything to do with it and the fat beforehand was not extreme.
How do I treat this?

Hey, i don't know how to treat this but maybe those are the marks from inserting the fat-resolving fluid into your chin. I saw myself in the mirror after they injected me with this numbing fluid and the "holes" they poked looked quite similar.
But if this picture is really 2 months post OP i don't know why those would still be there. Maybe you heal really slowly.
You could open a thread on RealSelf to ask some Doctors what they think this might be.
