WORTH IT
Honestly, the best medical experience of any kind I've had in years. Christian was extremely clear about what to expect, and everything went exactly as he said it would. I had the procedure under local anesthetic and there was essentially no downtime or even pain beyond the expected swelling and bruising (I still followed all of his post-care medications and instructions carefully, even though I felt like I didn't need them). I even did construction work the next day (sorry, Doc!). His pre- and post-surgery instructions were extremely detailed, and there were several people present for the surgery itself, to assist, monitor, and provide care and assistance. I should note that this wasn't "medical tourism;" I live in Mexico and researched several doctors before deciding on Christian.
For anyone nervous about doing this out of the country, this doctor has all the education, experience, and accreditations you could hope for, and could easily have a successful practice in New York or LA (except he's an honest professional guy and not sleazy like so many cosmetic docs in the U.S.). 1000% recommended.
No photos for discretion reasons, but here's where I'm at one week following the procedure: The effects are clearly visible and to my eyes quite dramatic. Still some slight swelling and faint yellowish bruising on the lower neck that's fading fast. Some sensitivity when I massage the surgical sites, but it's more tension/pressure than pain. Only wearing the compression garment at night, and with a collared shirt, friends don't notice the swelling or bruising unless I point it out.

10 weeks post surgery

Just a note that 10 weeks post-surgery everything is great, zero residual swelling, and the scars are essentially invisible unless you knew they were there and looked _really_ close. Everyone comments that I look 'great', a few ask if I've lost weight, but there's absolutely nothing about this procedure that looks like one has had surgery. 100% recommend.
