Laser lipo Chin/Neck with buccal fat pad removal, possible nerve damage

I am a week and 6 days post op. Wouldn't suggest to anyone, my chin is hard on the right hand side. Where the cannula was inserted in the middle of my chin was burned badly luckily the scab came off and didn't scar permanently. I am now dealing with marginal mandibular nerve damage.... right bottom half of my lip and chin are very asymmetrical when I attempt to smile. I have read some mixed reviews on people saying there's healed within a couple weeks and others saying it was permanent.
