Dr omar left half of my bucol fat pad in my cheek and took my money $990 for neck and cheeks and he failed to do the job.
Do not go to him unless you want a half assed job
DO NOT GO TO HIM BUYER BEWARE!!!

Horrible
Terrible I am 22. I sent pictures he said chin lipo would work for my double chin. He also said because I am young my skin will tighten up. Waste of 1,000$ and a trip to mexico $800. I'm still just like before no change terrible experience. I'm in nursing school now and I tell you I'm advising everyone to stay far away.

how many days are you post op? did you use a compression garment? if your in the early stages of healing, the appearance will get better.
I don't know if you're looking at the same pictures I'm looking at but the difference is significant. Your side profile looks much better. I would just invest in a derma roller and one of those chinstraps you sleep in and give that skin a chance to catch up. If you look at lipo results on here you will see tons of people who's skin hasn't rebounded yet. And they recommend compression clothing to help with that.
We're always our worst critics, you do look better from your starting point! I did both procedures with him and I'm very happy, it's sad that you are not but seems to me you're not been fair, I remember that when I emailed and when I had my consultation Dr. Lazos told me the result would be an improvement of my initial look so that I should had realistic expectations.
I must agree with the other comments, your chin is much slimmer now. How is it now? Can you update your results?
We are our harshest critics!! Hope you are doing well! I see a difference, I was unhappy with my double chin... but I decided on vsg with dr Maytorena in Tijuana best decision ever. I was at 230lbs starting weight I'm about 165 today. Best wishes !!!
