What I appreciated most was that the team never tried to upsell me on additional procedures. They focused on what I wanted and what was appropriate for my goals. I had spoken with another clinic beforehand that recommended a lot more treatments, so finding a doctor who valued honesty and patient comfort meant a lot to me.
