For years I have disliked my apparent double chin. Everyone in my family gets them, even the fit ones, so it is partly my genetics. Dr. Honeycutt and her team took care of me and made the entire easy and exciting! She does the procedure at her own facility under general anesthesia. I'm 1 week post-op now and even though the swelling is picking up, I have been able to see amazing results already! I am in my late 20's, so my skin should tighten up and I'll see final results after 6 months. Thank you ASAC!!

I want this!! Looks good! $2500 under general anesthesia? That seems really low price?

Thanks! It was actually closer to $2300! I can't remember the exact number. Compression garment and follow up appointments were included. I did have to pick up scar cream and prescriptions but my insurance nearly covered those. I think the low cost is attributed to their ability to do it at their own facility plus I was only under for maybe an hour for this procedure. It's so worth it!

How do they decide when lipo works and when you need a lift? You had a BIG double chin and it looks like lipo took care of it well. But I've seen people with far less end up getting neck lifts or even face lifts. You are young so that's a factor but I've even seen young people end up needing lifts with skin removed. What's the factor? Good doctor? good genes?

Maybe a combination of everything? My Dr. accessed the area for good skin elasticity prior to my surgery. The tightening was never fully guaranteed, but she was confident I was a good candidate. It definitely rippled easily when I touched the area post opp, but I've noticed it's not as loose now at nearly 3 weeks po. I have been wearing my compression garment as much as I can.
