WORTH IT$4,000
I couldn’t be happier with my results. The scar is nearly invisible, I don’t have any dimpling or banding on my neck and it still looks natural. It’s jarring looking back at old photos because I’m so used to my new face. Thanks Dr. Sapijazsko!

Everything still looks great, my scar is fading well and people keep asking me if I've lost weight. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Sapijazsko's work - I would highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking about getting their chin done!

The hole in my chin has finally fully closed - everything is looking great! I do have a little bit of lumpiness/swelling on my left side but it feels like it's getting better as time goes on. The scar isn't visible unless I tilt my head all the way back like in the picture. You can see a little bit of pulling when I turn my head far to the left but unless someone is watching me shoulder check when I drive it won't be a problem!
I have two skin tightening sessions left - I've heard they're uncomfortable but it just feels like a firm massage with heat, it's pretty pleasant.
I start work again in a couple of weeks (maternity leave ending) and can't wait to see what my co-workers say!

Sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with your surgery but I've clearly already had the procedure and am extremely happy with my results. To infer that my face looks "unnatural" now is beyond insulting and you should keep comments like that to your own reviews please & thanks

I don't know if you have a complex about your results or something but I didn't say you look unnatural. I said that I do. But from your pictures the way the skin looks when you turn your head does look unnatural in my opinion. It's irresponsible to promote this procedure without disclosing the risks. It's not a substitution for weight loss or healthy living, and neither I nor you should promote as something to take so lightly is all I'm saying. This is not a minor procedure, its surgery.

My full review goes into graphic detail of the procedure, including photos of my skin blown out with saline and bloody post op incisions. I talk about feeling the cannula scraping on my jawbone. If that isn't a realistic representation I don't know what it is. I don't represent it as a substitute for weight loss, this was something I did for myself to celebrate how far I've come. Again, it is not appropriate to leave insulting comments on other people's results. If you want to warn others away from getting this done, make your own review detailing why you regret your decision and mark the procedure as "not worth it" so people have the opportunity to read a negative review of the procedure. Then users can actually see what you have to say - instead of a comment buried on my photos; that only alerts me. Lots of people look a procedure and filter by negative reviews to look up the risks; that's the best way to tell your story.

I certainly didn't mean to insult you, I'm so sorry. I'm at such a different place since having the surgery I would never want to do anything hurtful to someone. I just read positive reviews like yours before my surgery and I think they mislead me, and it didn't give me realistic expectations. Each person is different and I'm happy you're pleased with your results. I would do anything to take mine back. I cry daily about what I've done. I don't want someone to go through what I'm going through now.

I went in not expecting perfection but improvement, and knew it was a very invasive process. I do have some banding but it was a risk I was willing to take. As someone who works in healthcare I'm extremes sorry your surgeon and his team failed you - you don't deserve to be mislead and disappointed like that. I wish you luck in finding someone who can help you with a revision or to get the results you want.
