Couldn’t Be Worse

I had a chin liposuction and spider web technique performed supposedly by DR B on the 28th of November 2019. The morning of my operation before going in, the nurse came by to start with the settling of the serum needle, she thought I was going for body reshaping so she asked me to turn on my stomach and tried to place it on my back, then when I corrected her she again placed it on my arm in a very painful way that I got bruises out of it. Now it has been exactly 7months and I don't see any significant improvement as you can clearly perceive on the photos below, I tried to contact his assistant 3 months later ( March 8th) to book an appointment so I can ask him why am I not seeing a difference yet, but she never answered until I approached her again on June 10th with these photos asking again for Dr B opinion. The worst part of this whole terrible experience is his customer service which is a real failure !! His assistant is very unprofessional, she did not even show a bit of consideration telling me that I'd have to travel to Turkey so the doctor can check. I mean seriously ? I get to hear this in spite of the fact that they know I live in Dubai and aware of the restrictions of traveling that is happening in the world.. like after this unfortunate results, the least I could have is a bit of time and follow up, she could simply arrange a video call with the Dr in order to stop my frustration and anger but all she did was not caring, then she ended up ignoring me and my messages. I’ve felt neglected throughout the whole process, she spoke to me as if I were demanding something that was not my right. I believe these manners would be unacceptable for anyone. A customer must be treated as a king, instead I was treated as the complete opposite unfortunately. I paid 4500EUROS for almost nothing ! I've never cared about the money I just threw away as much as I cared about the way I should have been treated by. I trusted him with my face and traveled all the way to him in order for me to receive such a dreadful service and a careless treatment from him as well as his assistant. I was left with a double chin, a hanging skin with fat. I am truly unsatisfied about this unpleasant experience I’ve been through and I just wish that this wouldn’t happen to other patients, moreover with his assistant who literally took me for granted.
