2 years post-op - old lipo equipment & poor nursing

This doctor is passionate about breast augmentation. Unfortunately I went in for a deep neck lift. He told me I was too young, which isn’t necessarily true, but it ended up being a blessing in disguise. The after care at Mpls Plastic Surgery is not good. When I booked, I was told I only needed to wear the GIANT HEAD BANDAGE continuously for 4 days, but the nurse said I needed to wear it for 7 days at my follow up appointment. That information was too late. I had already planned time off work and life around 4 days wearing a bandage around my face. Maybe the doctor and nurse can wear a huge face bandage to their jobs at a plastic surgery clinic, but I cannot give presentations wearing one. She also sprinkled in a little fun fact that TALKING was the worst thing I could do for my healing. Anyway, due to this simple miscommunication, the work was botched.

By contrast, I recently had abdominal lipo at Skin Rejuvenation Clinic. Dr Mark’s staff is lovely and knowledgeable. His lipo equipment is new and state of the art. I didn’t need anesthesia, just local anesthetic and Atavan to help me relax. I’ll be doing my chin revision with Dr Mark, even though a revision with Dr Tholen is free.
