I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Diehl and the entire team at Diehl Plastic Surgery. From my very first consultation through my post-operative appointments, every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.

Dr. Diehl took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I had realistic expectations about my submental chin liposuction. She never made me feel rushed, and I always felt that my concerns were heard. Her honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision.

The staff is truly outstanding. Everyone is friendly, compassionate, and always willing to help, whether it was scheduling appointments, answering questions, or checking on me during my recovery. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and reassuring every step of the way.

I also really appreciated the comprehensive post-operative care that was included. The follow-up appointments, lymphatic drainage massages, RF microneedling treatments, and detailed aftercare instructions made me feel supported throughout the healing process. It really showed how committed the practice is to providing excellent care and helping patients achieve the best possible outcome.

Although I’m still healing, I have been incredibly impressed with my experience and have felt well taken care of from beginning to end. If you’re considering a cosmetic procedure and want a practice where the surgeon and staff genuinely care about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Diehl and her amazing team.
