The front office team was warm and professional, nurse Sabrina was absolutely phenomenal—so knowledgeable, gentle, and reassuring every step of the way—and the doctor was truly exceptional.

Dr. Poteet took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely confident in the procedure. I never once felt rushed or like “just another appointment.” The attention to detail and level of expertise were beyond impressive.

And the results… WOW. Only four days out and my chin looks beautifully contoured and natural, and my arms look smoother and more toned than I ever imagined. I can’t wait to see the results after I’m fully recovered!
