Still seeing slight improvements over the past few weeks. I am so happy with my results, especially in photos. My confidence has definitely improved. I was on a zoom call yesterday and seeing myself on video from a below-angle wasn't even bad! In fact, I was admiring the difference between my head and neck. Before, I wouldn't have seen a noticeable angle, my neck and head kind were like one continuous line, but not anymore! Feeling great. I have a bit of a sore throat so my neck is a little swollen currently but I am still pleased with what I can see.

How long and how often do you wear the neck compression?
For the first week basically 24/7 other than to shower or wash my face. Now I started week 2 and I am wearing it whenever I am home so its variable. But I noticed I felt very sore after not having it on for 12h, didn't think I would miss wearing it but it really helps with the soreness and overall healing

First post-op appointment
I had my post op with Dr. Tong today. He said everything looks great and he took out my stitch. I asked him about the numbness under my chin and he said its normal and feeling should come back within a few months. It doesn't really bother me, its a pretty small section and the tissue underneath it has feeling still, it's just the skin that doesn't.
He said in order to help with the tightness I feel when I look up, to do exercises of looking upwards and side to side for 5 min a day.
Both him and I are really happy with the results so far and im going back in another 6 weeks for another follow up and to take the after photos! Can't wait to see how much more it will change in that time.
