Weak chin/jawline

Day 16/17

$2,200
Sorry for the lack of updates! I went back to work and haven’t had much free time. So far, things are going very well! I had some swelling and slight pain on my left jaw side around day 7. At first I thought the implant might have shifted. But my doctor examined me and reassured me that it was just swelling and everything was perfect. The next day I started getting really bad pain in the same area. It wasn’t as enough for me to take heavy pain killers, but it was enough for me to take Tylenol and distract me at work through out the day. I was really worried that I was getting an infection. Fortunately it all subsided after a couple days and it feels so much better now. There’s still some swelling in the chin and submental area, but overall I think I’m healing pretty well and I’m very happy so far.

You look great. The results are amazing. But why are u hiding your eyes? U know people who know you, will. Recognize you even with your eyes hidden. And to us, who do not know u personally, won't make a difference, because even with ur eyes visible, we still won't know who u are.
I used to lecture physicians in a funny way who would cover their patients eyes only, thinking this will protect their identity.
I just think when one is hiding aka covering their eyes, it doesn't truly reveal the overall beauty of the procedure, rhino, cheek, jaw, chin, ears etc....
Anywsys. Congrats.
Ps you looked pretty cute before btw
Hi you look great. I’m considering same. Which type of implant and who was your surgeon? Congratulations on a great result.
You look so wonderful!

Post op day 2

I woke up in a GREAT mood today. I had no pain, slept well, and was feeling overall pretty positive. I left my house to go get a much needed coffee (drive through of course because I still don’t want to be seen lol ????).
When I got home, I took the tape off so I could shower and put arnica cream on it. My face is so fat and swollen, it destroyed my happy mood. I’m worried that the implant is going to make my face look fatter. I compared pictures of today VS yesterday, and it’s clear that swelling has set in, but honestly, I still think my face (especially under the chin) looked chubby yesterday. Some people said the swelling doesn’t really start until day 2, but I hope that’s not the case for me because I thought my face looked chubby/swollen a few hours after the procedure.
Everything else is going well. Like I said, I haven’t even taken any pain meds today. I’m just feeling grumpy and bored. I want to go outside and play and socialize! ????
P.S thanks for all the nice comments and messages! It means a lot and it’s definitely making me feel better! I’ll try to reply to PM soon :)
