120 Days Post Op

WORTH IT$4,000
Comparing prior pictures swelling is almost completely gone. Contours are looking more natural. Side profile is a huge improvement. Numbness is 95% gone. For a while it felt odd shaving because I could not feel the razor. Now I just need to do something about my hairline lol.

A truly excellent result! I'm also considering the same chin implant. Have you also noticed a lengthening of the lower third of your face?

8 Weeks Post Op

8 Weeks post op and everything is looking good. Dramatic improvement when compared to the pre op photos. Some tightness still in the chin when I look up but otherwise everything is normal. Definitely need to be patient and let the swelling go down before making any conclusions.

4 Weeks Post Op

4 weeks post op I am feeling more confident about the change, swelling is down, still some redness under my chin. I included pre/post smiling pictures as almost no reviews include them I thought you might find use in seeing how the smile looks post. Another update a 8 weeks.

By far one of the more natural results on here! Makes me want to have it done. Did you do a neck lift or lipo as well or only chin implant?
Only the implant. The surgeon suggested Morpheus 8 neck treatment at the time of surgery, but I was not sure it was necessary especially considering the cost. The Large Terino implant is big, and I felt the volume would fill in the sagging skin. Even my surgeon was surprised at how tight my neck looked post op.
Overall, I am satisfied with the result but if I had to do it over, I would probably go with a custom implant. I, like many people have asymmetry in my face and it is noticeable in the lower corners of my chin. One side looks indented. I thought there was a surgical error until I began looking at my before pics and realized this asymmetry existed all along and I hadn’t noticed. A custom implant could have addressed this.
You might consider having a facial assessment done by Qoves studios (lots of YouTube videos) and let them know about your intentions. They can give you suggestions on moving forward. I am not affiliated with them, but this is something I would have done prior had I known about it. www.qoves.com/facial-assessment-tool.
Advice:
- The bigger the implant the longer the recover time. With a large implant expect to look “off” for a few weeks. Lots of swelling.
- Try and grow a beard. Shaving around or on the surgical site will delay healing significantly. This is why most male before/after pics show guys with facial hair.
- Post op, have bottles of water with pop up caps you can spray into your mouth and soup with dink lids, it’s hard to open your mouth for a few days because of tightness/bandages.
Good luck and let me know if you have other questions.
