I Definitely Recommend/ Trust Dr. Javier Prada

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Javier Prada and the Skin & Shape Clinic team at Hospital San Javier. I traveled from the United States for my procedure, and from the beginning I felt confident that I had made the right choice.
My consultation was done virtually, and Dr. Prada listened carefully to my concerns and understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. He recommended a treatment plan that made sense for my specific case, and I appreciated how clearly he explained his approach. I had also done a lot of research beforehand, so hearing that he preferred placing the chin implant through an external incision rather than through the mouth to help reduce infection risk made me feel even more comfortable with my decision.
The clinic itself was beautiful, extremely clean, elegant, and honestly felt more like a luxury experience than a medical office. Dr. Prada was professional, polite, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. His team was just as wonderful and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.
Since I do not speak Spanish, I was especially grateful that I could communicate with Dr. Prada and his staff in English. The receptionist was incredibly kind and even walked me around the hospital to show me where everything was so I would not get lost.
I stayed in Guadalajara for seven days after surgery and received regular postoperative massages and therapies to support my recovery and results. Dr. Prada also went above and beyond by helping me get my medications since I had traveled alone, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, I felt very supported, and well taken care of from consultation through recovery. Five stars without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend. Thank you to Dr. Prada and the entire team for such excellent care and a wonderful experience!
