Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Disfigured
Cosmetic/elective surgeries should result in feeling more confident in your own skin if you weren’t born with it, right?
I entrusted Dr. Niccole at Cosmeticare with this in mind, only to be devastatingly disfigured.
Hopeful and excited, we proceeded with a chin implant and facial fat transfers that ended up botched with an oversized, misplaced chin implant and necrotic fatty lumps.
I shared my concerns immediately, only to be told it takes time. Understood; however, within that time, I was diagnosed with stage III cancer and spent a painfully long year fighting for my life during treatment.
I circled back with Cosmeticare several times regarding my concerns over the results that my friends, family, had been agonizing over.
Dr. Niccole continued to placate and deny my concerns, yet finally offered to cover the displaced fat transfer since it would have been tied in with another surgery that I needed to replace a ruptured breast implant found on an MRI during treatment.
Around that time, I had incurred a setback in my cancer journey and started to rethink letting Cosmeticare further disfigure me after their pattern of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism in the matter.
I underwent a second opinion confirming the disfigurement and decided to have the oversized, misplaced chin implant and dead facial fat removed by a trusted professional outside of Cosmeticare.
I have now thrown away roughly $35k for Cosmeticare’s overall negligence, just to return to where I started, accompanied by unnecessary scars both physically and emotionally.
I asked Cosmeticare to consider compensating me for a humble fraction of my expenses, where they proceeded to lead me through a variety of mortifying requests, one of which was to prove my cancer diagnosis with pictures of my scars, only to deny any wrongdoing once again.
I’m now broken on the inside and the out.
Please do yourself and loved ones a favor by finding a more respectful practice that cares about their patients more than their bottom line.
