My chin augmentation looks so natural with minimal bruising and swelling

Before and After Photos!

WORTH IT
So the photos where I'm in the white top are 6 months post op (taken on 7/15/22), and the others are my before pictures taken in December 2021. I realize I'm wearing makeup in the afters which obviously helps make those look better, but if you just look at the shape of my chin/jawline you can see the difference. I am beyond happy with the results.

You look so much more balanced. Well done.
I just had a chin implant seven weeks ago and I feel the whole bottom part of my face looks so big and wide. Did you have that issue at all? If so how long does it take until all the swelling goes away?
Hi there! After the bruising was gone (which took like 2-3 weeks), it definitely took a few more weeks before I felt like *most* of the swelling was gone (though I know I was told I wouldn’t see full results for 6 months which is basically what happened). I’m sure healing times are different for everyone, though. If you’re concerned I’d reach out to your doctor.
Your chin implant is perfect. Wow
Thank you!!
you look great now. what kind of implant did you get?
I believe it was silicone. I was shown an actual implant during my consultation and I remember it was smooth and fairly thin.
And thank you!! I’m very happy with my results.

Incredible Experience and Fabulous Results!

I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Orloff and his staff. From the first consultation, I felt like I was being taken care of. I went in for a chin augmentation/liposuction/face tite. I never felt pressured to do anything. I was simply given an honest and fair recommendation for what I needed to do to produce the results I was looking for. Dr. Orloff, the nurses and staff were all incredible from the very first consultation. Everything he said would happen before, during and after surgery, was exactly what came to pass. I could not have been more prepared.

My surgery went SO well. I was given medication that helped me sleep and relax the night before and the morning of. I have terrible needle phobia and often pass out when I've had to be given an IV. The nurses held my hand and Blanka, the anesthesiologist, was absolutely incredible. They even wheeled me into the OR so that I wouldn't need to walk and risk becoming faint. I was surrounded by people who obviously love what they do, and who treated me like family. The last thing I remember before "going under" was chatting happily with Dr. Orloff and Blanka, and then I woke up to one of the sweet nurses and Dr. Orloff checking in with me and making sure I had plenty of time to recover before going home.

Here's the thing I was MOST concerned about. In addition to needle phobia, I also have a history of terrible nausea after general anesthesia. I cannot tell you how surprised I was when I had absolutely NO NAUSEA post surgery! A combination of meds I was given beforehand in addition to a brilliant anesthesiologist meant I felt GREAT after surgery. In fact, after it had worn off enough to where I wasn't groggy (approx 2 hours post op) I was able to get up and help my mom (my nurse!) bake a lemon cake.

And lastly, the results are fabulous. My chin augmentation looks so natural and the bruising and swelling was fairly minimal. What an easy recovery process. They even gave me vitamins to start taking weeks before surgery so that my body would be primed to heal quickly. Big thank you to Dr. Orloff and his team. I highly recommend them. If I ever need or want anything else done, that's where I'm going. :-)

Hi! I’m so happy the procedure went well for you. I’m going in for a chin implant in a couple of weeks and would love to know what vitamins you took before your surgery. Thank you!
Honestly, they were given to me by Dr. Orloff. I can’t remember all of them, but I believe they were VitaMedica brand. Potentially this package: https://www.vitamedica.com/product/recovery-support-program-arnica-montana/
Long review but without pictures anyone from the doctor’s office could be writing this to make them look good.
So I’m definitely a real patient. I’m going to have my 6 month post op next week and plan on posting photos as soon as I get them all from the office. I’ll try to post my own photos now.
Pictures are posted.
Thank you so much for posting about your experience and for sharing your photos! I have been interested in doing this procedure for myself, but I get a little nervous. You look beautiful and everything looks very natural and it really helps those of still on the fence to see your results. Many thanks!
No problem, glad it is helpful!
