Great Office, Wonderful Doctor

WORTH IT

I have had both a surgical procedure & Botox for TMJ with Dr Kolstad. I have been very satisfied with the care I have received & the organization of the office. The staff is phenomenal. Communication with them is always easy & pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office.
