Terrible Experience - Skin Artisans Has Gone Downhill
Despite loving this place for nearly 8 years, it has gone downhill fast. I had an absolutely terrible experience with nurse injector Andrea. Her lack of professionalism was appalling and I recommend avoiding her.
Long story short - I had gone in two months earlier and saw Andrea for fillers. She recommended chin filler, which I agreed to and wish I hadn't. I looked like asymmetrical Jay Leno when I smiled, so two months later I scheduled an appointment to have the filler dissolved. When I went in, Andrea was defensive and insisted the problem was in my head (despite my friends and family all noticing my new oddly shaped chin). She was extremely rude and scolded me like a child, even making me sit down in a chair so she could stand over me to scold me. It was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life. Considering I've spent many thousands of dollars here over the years, you'd think they would treat customers with a little more dignity.
Management apologized for Andrea's behavior and comped me for one syringe of hyaluronidase, though I had to pay for a second syringe to fully get rid of the chin lump.
