MRI confirms presence of hyaluronic acid in chin area after 3 years

I had injections 3 times with a cosmetic doctor in 2019, 3x lips and 2x chin. I was complexed because I have a skeletal and dental class II with retrognathia so I wanted to increase the length of my lower face. Unfortunately the doctor who injected me was not very competent and he recommended too many syringes than I really needed. I didn't like the result and immediately aged and weighed down my face. I waited years for its complete dissolution but I lost very little initial volume. I did an MRI in 2023 which confirms the presence of the product in quantity in the area of the jowls, bitterness fold and chin...
I really want to get my face back because I'm even more complex and I don't like the result at all, I'm afraid I'll never get my face back... In addition, I want to consider the procedures for this dental problem with a maxillofacial surgeon.
Please, what are the risks of the product dissolving after so many years? Will I get my face back? Is it possible to remove all the acid from this area without damaging the skin by creating areas of shadows and looseness? what are my chances?

Before the aesthetic impact, it's really a constant disturbance, it's annoying. I find it difficult to smile properly, the skin deforms and hardens during movement. The weight it exerts on the bitterness folds (mouth folds) bothers me a lot. I feel that it is not very mobile and heavy. I'm really worried, because I really want to go back to how I was before.
Is this really possible?
