Bruising or Occlusion After Chin Filler

I’ve recently lost weight and my nasolabial folds and jowls are more noticeable so I decided to get cheek fillers. My provider also recommended chin filler as my chin has an orange skin appearance. My cheeks look good but my chin is completely bruised. It’s been very stressful and scary as I’m concerned with occlusion and/or hemosiderin. My provider has seen me everyday since the procedure to massage the area and check for occlusion. I got it done Friday 7/19. It’s been 3 days and the bruise has gotten larger and darker. Once I heal and have final results I’ll determine if it was worth it but as of now I wish I had not done it.

The chin is. Very vascular area! Did you ice h area after the injections? That helps reduce bruising. Your chin looks nice & smooth. I'd say she did a good job. But expect bruising after filler, after all you're using a needle injecting substance into the skin.

I'm having same issue. What was your final outcome?

The bruise finally went away after a couple of weeks and treatment with ultrasound and laser to help speed it up.
