Botched Chin Filler
I really wanted to like Amy's work, so I gave my face time to settle. It's almost been a year since I got 2mls of absolutely botched chin filler ($1700) in April 22 with Amy, and to correct her work I've spent $600, countless hours, and seen 3 professionals (2 Drs and 1 cosmetic nurse) to date.
My chin after seeing Amy was swollen, disfigured and lumpy. It seemed like there were 3 little balls surrounding my chin and I had a saggy double chin for months. Amy constantly assured me things would settle down and the 2ml (which I had been initially hesitant about doing in 1 go) would settle to form the chin that she felt I 'needed'.
Despite Amy offering multiple free rounds of hyalase to correct my disfigured chin, it took 2 ultrasounds by a cosmetic surgeon (who said the work was terrible and he would not touch it) and 1 syringe of hyalase + lidocaine by a very experienced cosmetic nurse for my chin to return to somewhat normal. To date it looks a LOT better but this is all thanks to the help of other professionals.
Moral of the story - no matter how much you want to trust or like someone's work, don't get filler because you're told you 'need projection' or words to that effect, only to be told later that this has 'never happened with anyone else', and that it 'might just be your face'. Any professional who communicates like this, is a major red flag. Do not recommend this place, and have warned many about it. I've shared this review on google to raise awareness.
