Still swollen and numb but feeling great. I use bio oil on my scar which has helped it heal very nicely. I also wear a compression garment and a waist trainer which has helped reduce a lot of my swelling. Overall, I am very pleased with my results.

It has been a little over 3 weeks and I am slowly getting back to normal. I am finally able to stand more erect! I'm not 100% yet but I can stand for long periods of time at a position that dose not cause me back pain anymore! I am swollen, my muscles still feel tight and my stomach is still numb in some areas. These are all a normal part of the recovery.

I had a tuck around 12 years ago and believe it or not I'm just getting feeling back in some parts of my tummy and the doctor I went to said I may or may not ever get feeling back, but I am getting it back after all these years..lol

Thank you! Wishing you a successful surgery. They truly made the actual surgery low stress & pain. The anesthesiologist was fantastic! Be sure to rest and apply your ice bags afterwards! In my experience the "pain" lasted almost a week, the tenderness and slouched posture 3 weeks.

Thank you. I knew when I had my consult that I trusted him to give me the best results possible. I still met with other surgeons ( some way less expensive) but none of them made me feel passionate about their ability to provide me with my desired results.

Agree! The anesthesiologist was very good. I did not feel nauseous whatsoever following the procedures and she had made it a point to even mention that to me (despite it had not even been a concern of mine). The pain did last nearly a full week and the first 5 were very very rough for me. After about 3 weeks I regained a normal stance finally. I'm 5 weeks out now and the numbness is the majority of my discomfort, and that's not terrible. My swelling is even so much more minimal now. I can sleep normally on my side and I'm not wearing my garment too often anymore. Just working on massage of the incision sites and scar therapy!
