Dr. Shah is a professional and above all, he listens to his patients. I had an open rhinoplasty for a deviation in my septum and I had a hooked nose. I liked the way my nose looked before but now I LOVE my nose. I am grateful to him and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a rhinoplasty.

Post-Op Pics

Update of pictures before surgery, post surgery, cast removal, and post surgery results. I was ready for work the second week of the surgery but I still decided to take the week off. I would also like to add that I was pain free on day 3 following the surgery and my pain at worst was a 5/10 pain rating the day of the surgery. I'm very happy with the results. I can't stress enough how thankful I am to Dr. Shah, he gave me the nose I should've been born with!

Thanks @Jupiter999! The reviews and experiences posted on RealSelf truly helped me undergo surgery so the least I could do was post the amazing job that Dr. Shah did.

Hi, ajd1991. Yes I will post pics soon, I’ve been extremely busy and no one has communicated with me, so thanks. Notable 6 month update (12/11/18 would be exactly 6 months). I’m breathing so much better/blow my nose without worrying about ruining something, I can wear glasses again without worrying about damaging healing nasal bones. I waited longer than the recommended time just in case, but your Dr. will help you determine that. And the only minimal swelling I feel is the tip of my nose but only I can notice it actually, it can take up to one year in some cases but I’m not complaining

That is great to hear, thanks for the update. I am considering Shah and glad to hear your breathing has improved as well. I have breathing problems and a hump on the bridge. Just looking for a refinement. Would love to see your updated pictures as well. Thanks for the reply!

6 Month Update

6 months post-op. I’m breathing a lot better, and my nose doesn’t feel so sensitive anymore. I’ve been using sunglasses when I have to without issues. Minor swelling at the tip that doesn’t bother me at all.
