The pain triggered major anxiety in me and the compression suit Exasterbated my claustrophobia. Didn't plan on that being an issue. Coughing is my worst enemy. I'm off narcotic and on tylenol. Sleep seems to be most restorative and comes easier and longer now. Hydration with Gatorade is the best thing you can do. Pound the stuff. It pushed the fluids and restores your electrolytes that were sucked out and gives you back your vitimins. Finally had BM which was eased with miralax but getting off the narcotic was the catalyst. Who needs cramps and extra bloating at a time like this. I've showered twice and was ver nice. The compression suit is fitting better now that the swelling is down. I've n
Been icing every 2 hours. Only complaint is the pain from coughing and I am FREEZING . I've been told the freezing is cause my Bidynis using my heat to heal the traumatized parts. Makes sense and I hope it's true. My 9 year old won't go near me, she is scared of the drains. Just taking it easy still.
