If you can swing it, get yourself a recliner where you can prop your legs up. If you feeling fancy get one that helps you stand up. The bed may not be too comfy the first few days. It took me 2 weeks the get back to bed.

A female urinal so that you don’t have to get up and down to the toilet so much for the first few days.
Baby wipes since you might not be able to shower for a while.
Stool softener to make sure you don’t get constipated.
A stool to help you get in and out of bed.

But I know, as I'm geeking it :) some and hopefully not too many ruff days are ahead, so I'm praying in advance!!! I have had a consultation with doctor Shifrin as well, but chickened out of it last year.
I feel like I have a lot more courage this year, and hopefully I will go through with it this time. Nothing is booked yet though.
I really like his work, and saw many pictures of his tummy tucks. He is a great doctor.
When I talked to him though, I mentioned the new drug exparel. It’s a lon acting anesthetic. He didn’t seem to care much for it. But I know many other doctors swear that it’s a game changer, and made the recovery more tolerable the first couple of days (the hardest days).
I recommend you research this drug, it’s only 300 dollars extra, but I believe it’s worth it.
