I have been a runner for years and unable to get rid of my stubborn saddlebags. I also had the fat from the lipo injected into my face. I'm about 16 weeks out and completely happy with the result. The actual procedure was painless. My recovery was a little longer then I expected (I had it done on a Thursday and went back to work on Tuesday). I think it was primarily due to my face and it was still pretty swollen.
