I think initially after surgery my nose looked...

I think initially after surgery my nose looked great. I had a massive hump brought down, tip reduced, and septum straightened among other things. Unfortunately at four months I noticed a strange void at the side of my nose and before I even hit the one year mark, my nose looked crooked/deviated. I still gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt because I have heard of a stubborn septum deviating again. My annoyance is that the doctor won't acknowledge that the nose is crooked/deviated and always assures me the septum is straight. By my logic if the septum was straight, my nose would look straight and I'd be able to breathe. Oh, and yeah since day one after the surgery my breathing still sucks. It's just such a shame because had my nose stayed straight it would've looked perfect. I still don't understand what went wrong: too much cartilage removed? stubborn septum? did the doctor rush? I'm by no means "botched" (or maybe I'm just kidding myself) but I have a crooked nose that looks like it's missing a chunk out the side. And it's still bumpy. And breathing is difficult. I've been so depressed but I need a revision. I was hoping for a one and done, and honestly if my breathing were alright, I'd just deal with how it looks.

The doctor is actually very polite and a good listener. Showed me great patient before and after pics. Just disappointed my results didn't turn out.
