Nose looks terrible, caused two septal perforations, and cut off portions my inferior turbinates without talking to me about it. Left my nose over projected and much wider than it was before. He stuffed my tip full of unnecessary grafts and left me with virtually no septal cartilage. I am left with severe breathing difficulties and I look so much worse than before. I would give anything to take this back. This has been the worst experience of my life. You live and you learn, hope at least one person will rethink him because of my review.

I'm reading all these reviews on here and on Yelp and I'm so devistated I chose him as my surgeon. Just like drynksesucks experience, my nose is over projected too, it is starting to heal really crooked, the indentation I originally wanted fixed looks worse, and the tip looks like he stuffed it with something, my nose looks huge. My original nose was never this big and breathing wise worse! I used to have a beautiful smile and now my smile looks so ugly because my nose is longer, fatter and the columnella is almost touching my lip. If I drink from a straw I get lipstick on my nose! I'm really pissed off!

No, he didn't offer anything. If he did I wouldn't accept it. I Don't want him to further damage my nose. I lost all trust for him as a surgeon and person.

Pandora you sound really upset...try to focus on your healing right now. Unfortunately what happened, happened. Let your inner self heal as well. From what I've been reading I conclude that Dr. Shah doesn't really comfort his patients after surgery which is a big letdown for anyone that has had surgery. Part of a doctors job is to be there for their patients and guide them through the healing process as well. I feel you. You are human, you have feelings and how you see yourself is not what you "wished for". It's hard when you don't know who to turn to and all you unsatisfied patients try to support each other on "real self". My advice is to go see a therapist and tell them your fears. It will help you clear your frustration. You will have a chance to think clearly then you can go find a good doctor, tell them your concerns and find a solution to all this mess. There are so many good doctors out there that will help you and guide you to the correct solution. Good luck dear.
