Looking great, do you have thick skin? Your doctor did a great job!!! Congratz:)
Yes, I do have extremely thick skin. Thank you so much for all great comments!
I also have extremly thick skin and this gives me hope that a amazing nose job that fits a face is possible! Best of luck :) your nose looks great as you are so pretty already!
I did a good research on doctors. Over one year I was seeing different specialists. No one made suggestions that Dr.Shah did. He offered smth complete unusual- to remove skin from sides. No other doctor made this recommendation and I thought it was good suggestion.
Turned out so perfect. Looks 100% natural and I would never know you had a nose job. It fits your face, and still looks like your old nose, just a complete improvement of it. Your doctor did amazing!!
Wow time flies... Looks really good :D

So.... tomorrow is a cast off day

So far it has been good experience. Doctor is great, everything went smooth in hospital, did not have pain at all. Tomorrow is a big day and sooooooo nervous of what I am going to see under cast. I know ,as I studied well that it all will be swollen in the beginning but still so worried and excited to tomorrows day!

so excited to see your progress! i've always been interested in shah and have seen great things from him.
So far I am very happy. I had a difficult case. Will post pics soon
I would love to see your new nos. I also had a wide and bulbous tip. I had my first surgery in April 4, 2014. Months later it still looked almost the same, so I got my second surgery on October 27, 2014. Today (1 month later), I finally see better results. My PS added a tip to make my nose look pointy so it looks more narrow. I love the results. I still feel like my nose is a little wide, but not at wide as it used to be. A few months from now I will see better results and I'm very excited and can't wait. Thank you for sharing your story. I look forward to seeing your recovery pictures :)
I will post soon. I did research went to many many doctors no ones recomendation convinced me. I knew i had very thick skin, do typical we will remove and reshape cartilage wouldnt work. Dr. Shah was only one who recomended that skin needs to be removed. So from both sides of my nostrils he cut the skin- it made nose narrower. He added tip graft to make it pointy and he also raised bridge, to make harder surface under skin(i know this sounds weird) to provide definition. I would say i had a very difficult case, cuz when he opened there was no cartilage or fatty tissue as we hoped. So he had to get really creative. For me it will take 1,5 year to see final tesult. I have to go thru two lazers and 6 injections.it is extremely swallen now, but even in this case its smaller and prettier then it was. Yes, give time, you will see results later on, i know how it feels when its swollen.
hello how are you doing? I'm having surgery with Dr. shah the 18th of this month :( How are your results?
How is your nose healing? I'd love to see your results!
Hi there, my nose is just like yours. I'm wondering how you are doing? I'm dying to see your results. I admire your courage.

Day2

Alright.... So it happened. Today is day 2, i dont have any brusing or swelling at all. From what I could see, even with cast on, my nose is smaller then it was. Ofcourse cant say anything yet on definition.
N
I didnt have much pain. Dr. Shah came to me the morning of surgery and we went over everything again, and he was so great at explaining, asking my opinion and positive overall. So far great, but most important day has yet to come.
