From the moment that you come in, you can tell that you're in for a great experience! Given that this is a procedure that requires significant follow-up, its wonderful knowing that you'll be well-taken-care-of throughout.
The staff are very kind, make sure to know your name (even on return visits), and are highly attentive! Dr. Shah, himself, is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease the entire time. Having never had any major surgery, he does a phenomenal job of setting expectations for before, immediately after, and generally after the procedure. He and his staff go out of their way to ensure that you feel comfortable and provide excellent follow-up calls and emails.
Serious 10/10! Will absolutely go to again and recommend for anyone looking for any plastic surgery procedures!!
