Did you ask for your nose to be that upturn?
No. But it is still very swollen and will drop with more time. Initially it was even more upturned but has dropped significantly
Hoping your issue will got better with more healing time!
Hello, do you have any updated pictures to post..?
Do you have any updated pics?

I am looking forward to kenalog injections on the 19th. My nose is straight with the tape because of the scar tissue pressing down or else it has a slight polybeak deformity. My scars are healing normally however I think my right nostril has been cut a little more than my left for the nostril reduction portion. I’ll update after my kenalog injections

I think Your tip is not being supported. Maybe, because he took too much off the bridge. I’m not sure. I’m not sure what’s going on with this surgeon, but he used to have a good rep, and it’s really gone downhill. I’m so sorry for your problems. I’ve got massive problems myself with my own nose. I hope you can get it all sorted out because this is a painful thing to have to deal with. Best.
What are the kenalog injections for?
to get rid of scar tissue that’s causing the slight polybeak
Did your tip go down after that kenalog injection?
It did slightly only because he told me the second round in June will be more aggressive than this time
Did you have open or close rhinoplasty?

Cast off!

Finally stitches out and the cast is off! Not gonna lie, I feel like miss piggy haha, but i know swelling is expected. Did any of you have similar results? When did you see the tip go down? My nose is so sensitive and numb, hoping it goes down to a sharp and close to straight nose I am hoping for :)

Mine was very similar right afterwards and mine wasn’t a revision—do you have an email where I could send you a couple of pics I haven’t posted? I think your nose already looks wonderful. don’t worry it will drop
Also, I’ve read many many reviews and studies that say the best surgeons purposely create a high tip because they know it will fall. I know my tip had dissolvable stitches in it which I assume as holding it high for the first 2 weeks. when the stitches came out (not the ones they took out when cast came off), the tip started to drop. At 4 weeks the change was very noticeable. I tape every night.
