Should have done this a long time ago!!! So happy with my results!!
So I only had an Osteotomy done. Dr. Shah did exactly as I requested. I was only concerned about the width of the bridge of my nose. Nothing else!! Now my nose fits my face, it doesn't overpower and it looks natural!! Even though I'm still swollen I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Dr. Shah!!

I'm set to have an Osteotomy performed in June. I'm more concerned with my nose being shaped like a bell pepper! I hope to maintain my ethnic nose but I want it more perpendicular than triangular. Just want it more refined!! Hopefully everything's successful; done with my face after this procedure! So far I've had my consultation. Dr. Shah seems to understand exactly what I want. On the day of the surgery I'm going to show him again just to make sure we're on the same page. About 7 years ago o had surgery with dr. Paul Nassif. I spent close to $10k. There's no way my nose should look the way it does. He did correct a deviated septum but cosmetically I dislike the outcome. So here we go again...
