I got a request to show bikini pics for this summer and that I shall do. This was the best decision i've made and so glad I didn't chicken out. The pics are from my vacations in Puerto Rico, and one from Florida.

This is how my scar looks 6 weeks in. Still not fully healed but getting there. I go back to work in 2 days, going to take it slow. I deliver mail in the city so I am up and down stairs all day and lifting packages. I will listen to my body if I am doing too much, I definitely do not want to end up in the hospital for straining my muscles. I tried to do some ab workouts at the gym and my abs are not ready. How long before any of you guys could do crunches after muscle repair?

I really love my results. I am so glad I didn't chicken out. My stomach hasn't looked this good in 20 years, and that's how old my oldest child is. I've also lost 12 pounds since surgery, this is my motivation to take of me.
