2 Days to GO!!
So...I decided to switch back to my original pick of Mod +. I'll be getting 325cc moderate plus and i'm so happy I listened to my gut and got the approval to swap out high profile. For me I just feared looking too rounded up top. I'm okay with sacrificing a larger size, so long as long as they look good visually, (proportionate). My goal would be a small C. My biggest fear is having boobs that are too far apart or close together. You can look amazing with a shirt on, but when it comes down to it, I care most about what I look like naked.

Pre-op Day
Today I had my pre-op, and I went in thinking I was 99% sure that I wanted mod +. Turns out, based on my bwd the largest I would be able to go is 300C. Not to mention that would be behind the muscle, so I was told realistically I would be getting a full B. Wanting to look natural and not be overwhelmed by a huge chest, this would have been totally fine for me, but after all this research and forking over about 7K, I decided I'd rather get to atleast a small C. And so, funny enough after ALL my beliefs about Mod +, i'm actually getting 350CC High Profile. I left feeling great about my decision, and then of course time goes by and now i'm like, wait! Is HP gonna make me look so full up top and fake? I don't want to sacrifice size for unnatural. I feel like no one can fully know what to expect until you actually get the surgery and see your own results. I keep telling myself to trust my PS because he knows what's going to look right, but the control freak in me is struggling.

My chest is concave, meaning anything would have less projection on me but have probability of better cleavage. I'm definitely getitng HP mentor silicon under the muscle. Still deciding between 325cc and 350cc. My surgeon said that I need the Volume to fill out the space. 3 more days to go and we still have one more pending talk.

You're getting so close! I love your wish pics. I think 350 vs 325 will not make a big difference. If your chest is concave, I would go 350...get some nice cleavage!
I'm similar stats! From Chicago:) I'm 5'3" 107lb 32AA, I have BW 12.4 and I'm going with mod plus 325 unders on Dec4th! I have seen great work with HP on petite women but I'm too scared to go with those because depending on body type and how much pre-existing tissue you have, they can end up looking kind of fake since they protrude out more. My PS suggested 350 mod+ for me to fill the gap between my boobs and aim for a small C which is what I'm going for. I chose 325 which I know isn't a huge difference. I'm super nervous as well and have been going back and forth between sizes and staring at boobs all day thinking about if I'm making the right decisions haha. Good luck to you:) you'll do great. Recovery will suck but just remember that the results will be worth the pain! :)
Hi kitty- that's so funny because i just commented on your page before even seeing this. I actually forgot to update, but I switched to 325 mod +...i just don't like the high profile look and i feel a lot more confident now. Glad we can follow eachother's progress and hopefully get to small C!
