27 Yo, No Kids, 5'8" 125 Lbs, 310cc, Going for a Natural Look

ORIGINAL POST

I just booked my surgery yesterday and I am...

I just booked my surgery yesterday and I am nervous! It's coming up in less than two weeks, and I am obsessing over picking the right size, like everyone else seems to do on this site. I'm starting as a very small 34A and would like to go to an elegant small C. Fitness is very important to me, and I don't want new boobies to get in the way of my circuit training routines.

Here are my stats:
Age: 27 (no kids)
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 125 lbs
BWD: 12.9
Current size: 34A or AA

I'm leaning towards the 310cc Natrelle Inspira, but it only has a diameter of 12.0 and I worry it might be too small for my 12.9 frame. The doctor says to stay within 1 cm of your natural BWD, which this would (barely). I don't want to have a large gap between my breasts, but I'm really hesitant to go up in volume to the 330cc (12.25 diameter). Everyone says the volume difference is minimal and to go with the bigger one, but when I tried the implants on the 330cc just felt way too big for me. Are there any other tall girls out there who have gone with conservative implants? I've been driving myself crazy researching sooo many before and afters on this site!! I will post some wish pics.

Tall Women getting Breast Implants

It is important to remember that any decision about implants not only includes your base width, but the length of your torso and how much projection you are seeking. For tall women, Inspira Implants may help by adding volume into the upper pole, while still looking very natural. The 20 cc increase may add some size in the base, but also in the projection and may possibly sit better when considering your total body frame.

The 300 to 325 should be perfect for you and your height. Best of luck and love with your surgery!

Hello bee920 I know how it feels choosing a size and sometimes more pictures and information not helping. We have very similar body type. I am 41 years old have 3 kids 5.8 127 pounds. My surgery February 15th. I am going with Sientra 300cc moderate profile. But still not sure moderate vs moderate plus and smooth vs textured. I am very active hot power yoga 5 days a week. When I tried 340cc I felt it was to big and heavy. Maybe you should try rice sizes at home just to be sure if you go more then 300cc being active weight is not going to bother you . Good luck .

Glad to know I'm not alone! Keep me posted on what you choose!

Pre-op appointment in two days

My pre-op appt is on Thursday, and I will be finalizing implant size. I keep waffling between 310cc and 330cc Natrelle Inspira SRM. I just feel like there is too much info to digest regarding vectra imaging vs the way the implant feels when I try it on plus the thought of losing volume once it's under the muscle, plus taking width and projection into consideration etc., etc. It all leaves me very confused and the more I think about it, the worse it gets!! The whole volume aspect has really thrown me off. Never was good at geometry...

Anyway, I'm uploading a couple more before pics to show full proportions of my body. I welcome any advice from other girls with a similar frame! Especially those with a BWD similar to my 12.9. Will 310cc get me close to my wish pics? I'm going for a natural look, a full B or small C would be ideal.

When you say you're looking for a natural look, you just mean that you don't want to be too top heavy, right? I'm 5'6 and 115lbs 32B and plan on getting 330cc to get a full C/small D. I think with 32/34 bands C and D sizes are still pretty "small". My BWD is only 11cm so anything bigger than 350cc would likely make me look top heavy and not proportional to my hips. I'd suggest going with the 330 as 20cc is less than 2 tablespoons.

right, i want to maintain an athletic look. i ended up sticking with the 310s because the 330s felt way too big when i tried them on. the dr said the 310s will look more like 295s once they are under the muscle, and i loved that size when i tried on :)

You have a slim, tight figure. You are going to look amazing with implants! :-)

Provided you picked a good surgeon, I would show him several examples of the look you're going for and then trust his judgement. All the research in the world won't replace they're experience and educated judgement! Good luck :)

There* autocorrect got me :)

thanks, i totally trust my surgeon. i had to finalize the size on my own though, he won't be bringing any other sizes into the OR so that freaks me out a little. What if i picked wrong? Ahh.. i just need to trust that it will all be okay.

Day of treatment

They have arrived!

Boobs are installed! I joked with my boyfriend that it was just like dropping the car off for service except dropping off your girlfriend, waiting an hour, and then she comes out with updated hardware lol. I'm clearly medicated....

I'm in an ace bandage today, so I won't get to see the new boobies until the post-op appt tomorrow morning. Surgery went pretty smoothly! Just feel tired and very sore. We went with 310cc smooth round, under muscle.

Congratulations! So nice to be on the other side. I hope your recovery will be easy. Thank you for your updates we have very similar body type and I am getting Sientra 305cc . Not easy to find someone going for natural look.
February 4, 2017
Thank you! What a whirlwind, everything happened so fast. I'm excited to follow your story as well! I agree, it is really tough to find tall girls like us who love fitness and are going for a smaller implant than most.
February 4, 2017
Hey Congratulations! We have very similar stats and befores and I got 300cc Mentor textured under the muscle on 12/29. It's nice to see someone else with my build choose a similar implant size! :) Most women seem to go much larger. Wishing you a speedy recovery and I'll be checking on your progress too!
