So I haven't started my treatment yet but I just...

So I haven't started my treatment yet but I just wanted to get feedback from others going through this experience. Less than a month ago I got this whopping tattoo on my foot. My other artist I originally wanted work from had canceled on me, and being heart broken I really just wanted to walk away from the convention with a tattoo I'd be happy with. Apparently I was a littl too desperate. When I first saw the design of this on the tabel I was in love! It had reminded me of this nightmare I had all the time growing up, and I couldn't stop thinking about how much I loved it so I decided I would go with it. In the process of having it become a real life nightmare, as soon as the color was put into it I knew what a horrible decision I'd made. I tried to make myself like it and and tell myself it was fun and unique, but I honestly just think it looks like a giant skateboard sticker on my foot and I want nothing to do with it. I feel so bad because the artist is incredibly talented; and I still do like the design as an art piece... Just probably shouldn't have put it on my foot to stare up at me forever... -___- so hating myself and wanting to move forward with my life, considering I now feel traumatized from the whole thing and is greatly effecting my life and personality, I set up an appointment at the Chicago Breast and Body aesthetics. The people there were really nice, and even gave me a student discount. They quoted me a package deal of 3 picosure treatments costing $1,500. They said with at least three treatments I'll see a large amount of change in my tattoo, at least "enough to have a cover up artist cover it"... But I'm thinking I just want to remove the entire thing completely or as best as possible. From what I've read I'm thinking a tattoo as large and as dark as mine, and with it being on my foot with a spot of poor circulation, I think it will at least take 5 or 6 treatments before I'm happy, but their individual prices for teeatments cost almost as much as their package deals so this makes me super nervous on proceeding... Especially with money I don't really have to begin with :( of course I'll do whatever is necessary, but just going through this all alone has been really hard for me and I could really use so words of advise. So please reach out to me if you have a story like this or have been through something similar!
