Body jet lipo for outer thighs in Chicago

Still more improvement! Really happy--well worth the money. I can confidently wear super skinny jeans.

I've noticed online ads for cut-rate (like under $1000) lipo. I'd definitely advise against it. Stick with an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon. If you're in the Chicago area, Dr. Patel would be a good choice.

I'm so pleased! At least half the swelling has gone down, and I'm really happy with the new shape of my thighs. The compression garment (a 1950's-style pantie girdle) that I received was actually too big for me, so I've worn stretch capri pants from Target, which have apparently worked out fine. My only regret is that I didn't have body jet sooner.

I learned about body jet lipo from a brochure in the waiting room while I was waiting to use my groupon for Botox. I'm certainly not a typical candidate for lipo because I'm over 60 and very slender--except for the saddlebags on my thighs that have always made buying pants/jeans a nightmare. When I learned that there was a cancellation on the surgical schedule in two days, I didn't hesitate to sign on the dotted line. My procedure took about 30 minutes, and I spent the time playing Bookworm on my cell phone. (I had watched the videos of body jet on Youtube, so I knew exactly what to expect.) My final results won't be known for a couple of months, but I'm already pleased with what I see at 2 days post-op. When I told a (slender) friend about my body jet experience, she initially said I was crazy for having lipo when I'm already thin, but then she asked for the doctor's phone number for herself.
