I feel so much lighter since the surgery and have spent years and years with chronic neck and back pain. It is awesome not to have to wear two sports bras and I am able to exercise pain-free and run and not feel like everyone is looking at me. It is truly amazing. The recovery was easier than I expected and did not rely on pain pills as much as I thought I would.
