Decided to create my own profile, after reading a ton on here. I've modeled professionally my whole life, and always had smaller (32C sometimes B) boobs. I've also wanted bigger breasts, but because of my profession, I wasn't able to do so. Now that I've started my own business, and don't have to rely on modeling to pay all of my bills anymore, I can finally have the body I've always wanted.
At 5'9" 120lbs, I've decided to go with Mentor Gummy Bear, 500cc High Profile, Under the Muscle, Crease Incision. I was torn between 450cc and 500cc. I decided to go big or go home! ;)
I'm hoping for a 32DD or 32E result.
I'm excited, but a bit nervous as well.

It's nice you were able to use sizers and 3D imaging to help determine your implant size. With your height, you should be able to gracefully carry the larger sized implant.
