Everyone always asks me “but what about your lipo scars??” Because I did air Sculpture lipo, only a very thin wand passed through my accessible surface fat. There were originally two puncture marks near my pelvic bone, one on each hip and one on each side near my ribs. The only scarring left over are two freckle-like marks on each side of my body near my hips and ribs. The pelvic bone marks are gone and absolutely no scarring was done to my breasts. They injected the fat where the skin meets my aeriola from the highest point.

While I don’t know how much fat in CC were originally injected and what percentage of that fat stayed, here’s a good idea of my pics during surgery on my waistline and my breasts immediately after being injected. Obviously my breasts did go down after, which is expected as only 50-80% of fat injected will survive after the first month.

Thanks for sharing your pictures. I noticed you were awake during the surgery and assume you had local anaesthesia and sedation. How did you find this? In terms of having to be still (or not) during the procedure, discomfort from the lipo cannula. I would be very interested to here about this.

Yes, it was local anesthetic and it wasn’t any trouble at all to stay still. Discomfort is minimal. I didn’t feel a thing. I did have some anxiety I wasn’t expecting to happen to me during it from watching the whole thing in front of me - but they provide a laughing gas mask next to your bed to use during any panic or discomfort. I used the mask twice and the rest was a breeze. I love that I didn’t have to be put to sleep, that scares the hell out of me.
Congratulations dear. Did your surgeon explain how you will retain the adipose tissue in your breasts? I am just curious because what would stop it from migrating to other parts of your body? Do tell please, and thanks in advance, Alaskana
Fat cells do not migrate to different parts of the body. They need a blood supply to survive which why they stay put.

I started this profile to share how amazing my Air Sculpt procedure went at Elite Body Sculpture in Chicago by Dr. Iteld. I promise, I’m not a bot or getting paid to share, I’m honestly just so flipping thrilled!
I had a full C cup before my pregnancy back in 2012, then after giving birth, ended up with deflated saggy B cups thanks to my little one.
I went up and down on the scale for years yo-yo dieting before I finally got my ass in gear and lost all of my baby weight. That felt great, but being left with even worse sagging breasts from weight loss and love handle fat pockets I couldn’t get rid of no matter how much time I put in the gym or ate right was awful.
I had been contemplating implants from the moment I gave birth to my son but I didn’t want “fake boobs” or the potential problems that could come with them (hardness, bag leaks, infection, incision) at the time, back in 2013, I could only find fat transfer breasts that included scarring from aggressive Lipo suction, another thing I wanted to avoided. I gave up looking into it for a few years and decided to work with what I have.
Fast forward to 2017 and I’m back at googling plastic surgery. I’m so glad I waited 5 years later to find the right procedure for me. I came across Elite Body Sculpture in Chicago online and couldn’t believe their types of surgery.
They could take my love handles, with “air Lipo” (basically a thin lipo wand that would make a “freckle indent” and take surface fat) to re-inject into my breasts WITHOUT SCARS! Amazing!
I didn’t have to be put under, I got the natural breasts I wanted, and a beautiful hour glass waistline.
The procedure is as $12k and worth every penny. I feel like a Kardashian and love being able to say my breasts, are in fact, my breasts.
Ps: to make sure I don’t confuse any timelines, I had my procedure back in 2017, now, a year later I’m sharing my results. So, my fat transfer breasts stayed in place and haven’t gone down. I’m a full C again. I have gone up and down in weight a little bit, but my problem zones never came back from where they took the fat.
My before picture was taken in April 2017 and my after picture was taken today, (April 12th 2018).

Honestly, I have no idea. The surgeon just added as much fat into my breasts as he could, as there is a limit to how much fat can stay in place without leaking from the injection site (there are no stitches, it just a tiny hole the needle goes through that is gauzed and taped after) also, fat retention can be anywhere from 50-80% after the swelling and extra fat tissues dies off in the first month or so.

I chose elite because there is NO scarring and only 2 days of real recovery where you can’t go to work. No bruising, no crazy inflammation, it’s the way they take the fat. So, next to standard lipo with keyhole scars and aggressive swelling, elite lipo is like a tickle.

Nope! None! It’s like my own breasts literally just grew bigger.
