Pic updates of scar. Healing well. Went to ps. He fixed dogear. I get stitches out this week..I noticed I swell when I drink alcohol. Almost back to normal work outs again :) hope everyone is well!

liz, not sure if you're asking me or the lady in the pics (you replied to my comment) . I use Mederma. If your asking the other lady you need to reply under her picture :)
Honestly. Just Bactrim ointment. And now the oil therapy I posted before. I massage it every night.
Your scars look amazing!!! And your bb is perfect! How did it go getting your dog ear fixed? I don't remember ever seeing one, was it small? Did it hurt? I think I have a small one, but we havent even discussed it. You look amazing! Congrats on everything!!

I didn't know you had a dog ear - never noticed it before - must have been a teeny one :) Your scar is fading quite nicely and seems to have disappeared in some areas - very cool. I bet you're having fun rockin' your new bod :)))

double take

Walked by the mirror in the bathroom at work and did a double take. Sometimes I can't believe it is me looking back..these are my size 5 junior skinny jeans :) had to cover my badge.

update - scars

Well I am up to an hour and a half of working out now. Scars are doing well. I see the ps next week for the first time in a couple months. Here are updated car pics. I got some new cream/oil to try out. It was half off..figured why not?

So awesome you are working out so long! Have you lost anymore weight? I am only walking now.
Down to 146. I am gonna need my wedding rings sized before I lose them :) we all start slow and work our way up. After today's workout I soaked in an Epson salt bath ..lol

your scar looks amazing!! It's almost skin colored and really nice and low. You look great! I love the palmer's lotion! I use it after every shower on my whole body.
