Got new VS Bra's (see pic)! OK so... sizing... 36DD or 38D. One boob is a little bigger! UGH! I think one boob is a D and other DD lol. Must admit I love the way they look with a padded push up.

You look awesome! I'm also tall, 5'9" and I went with overs. 435 Natrelle Cohesive Gel. I'm very happy so far with the results. Still have a fair bit of swelling and they haven't softened up much yet but that will happen in time. Recovery has been really great. Minimal pain when I woke up and great ever since.
Hey there! Wow love the fullness in your upper pole for them being overs! I don't have much fullness on top, which I wanted. Major difference, you look great! Swelling should go down soon... Recovery for overs is pretty fast and easy!

Thank you for sharing. You look great. We are a similar size. I am 5'10 and 165lb. My Dr suggested 450 for a full natural look because I was worried about looking huge. Now after a few weeks on this forum I'm thinking of going 500cc or 550cc. If you had it to do over what would u have picked. I want to look big when undresses and modest / concealed at work. I've read ur post and can't help but giggle - I think ill be the same way after my surgery. I'm already obsessing and I'm still months away from my date.
Obsess! It's the most important decision, size! If I could do it all over, I think 500 or 550 definitely. Maybe 550 :D. What does your rib cage measure? Note: Remember your results are a bit smaller than the look with sizers!
Ill measure when I get home (stuck in the office right now). But I'm planning lipo of my stomach and back so it will be hard to tell what the final result will be. Along w the implant he'll be planning a reduction and a lift ( my boobs are currently deflated and saggy). I still need to try on the 500 sizers - I only tried on 400 and 450.
ok after looking at them again, I would def do 550 if I could do over!

I wish I went BIGGER! lol! I want my swollen boobies back...(how bipolar, after I was complaining they were too big with swelling, right?!) hahaha.My tall ladies... go big or go home! Remember, our frame is bigger than average...so we need a bigger implant to look proportioned. DON'T waste your money and time for small boobies!

Tried two Bra's, a Victoria Secret 38C which was too small and a WalMart 38D which was too big. SMH. They almost fit in my old bra. They seem just a bit more fuller then before, but I super wish I went maybe 100 cc's bigger! I wanted a FULL D or medium DD. Feel like a tiny D. =,( #boobproblems

Disregard above, swelling has gone down and I am in love with my boobies! LOL! I was freaking out cause they were so huge at first and shaped like torpedoes. They are so pretty now I can't stop peeking at them in the mirror! :) can't wait to work out again! Next week!

I did 420cc over the muscle & at first when my PS told me I was a little hesitant but I'm so happy I trusted him because I love them!!! Happy Healing !!
