Hi everyone,
So my BA surgery is scheduled for monday of this month and I am super super excited. I've been doing a lot of research and looking at different before/after photos. When I first went on my consultations (I went to see 3 doctors before I chose the one who's going to perform my surgery) I tried on 410 silicone moderate profile, 450 and 500 silicone high profile. I thought I liked the 495cc. I'm a 5'3, 134lbs ,32A cup now and want to go to a full D, probably not a DD but a full D, I "think" might be fine. Any suggestions? Seems like I don't see a lot of women in my height/weight range with starting 32A cups that go more than 500cc? But I'm afraid if I go less than 495 I might regret it. Any advice? Pictures?

I was a 34A and went will 315/335cc HP unders gummy bear implant. Is now a full C or smal D. Depends on what manufacture the bra comes from. I actually wish I went a little bigger maybe 400cc . But my doctor said he was only able to fit 335cc because of my small frame.

I was 124 lbs, 5'3" and got HP 495 Sientra. I had a 34c prior. I now weigh 114 lbs and have a 32 DDD. If I would have gone any bigger I would have been too top heavy.

you mind share some pics of before and after? I’m two weeks post op, went from 34c to 34DD areola lift with gummy bear implants. I know it’s too early but I have been worry about my sizes. I’m afraid that DD or DDD might have been too big for my frame. I am 5.1” and 135lb. I have been searching non stop, hoping to see some review of DD or DDD on a small frame...

I'm very nervous, and I m afraid that does not have the size I want. I hope that my doctor and I will be able to get a good result. =D I can't wait more to see my new( • )( • ) I'm happy !!! No more A cup , I wish D or DD ????

Good luck tomorrow! My surgery is tomorrow as well! Our stats are almost the same! I'm 5'3" & 130. I'm going with Sientra gummy round high profile implands 435cc silicone under the muscle!

It seems like you took your picks from a collection of "the best 90's [RS bleep] stars breasts" (read fake look) and in the end you had an outstanding, perfect sized, natural look breast.
