I did a years worth of research before deciding on a surgeon for my breast augmentation. I live in Milwaukee, WI but I knew that I wanted my surgery done in downtown Chicago. Dr. Horn was the first consultation that I had and after several more in Chicago and different cities, I came running back to Dr. Horn's office. He was so personable and his staff was so helpful and informative. I had my surgery on January 30th and I am more than pleased with my results. Everything was superb from the consultation to the follow-up appointment. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Horn.

What type of implants did you get? I'm thinking of going with Silicone - 375cc mod+ round
