I am 5'4 123 pounds currently a 32b but don't want to be more than a 32 D maybe double DD! I'm scared of the ultra high profile because it's a lot of projection and I don't want it to look fake but I do have a very narrow frame and the nurses said it would look good. I am thicker built and have a booty so I am hoping I just look proportionate other than fake. I am super nervous but also really excited my surgery is in a week from today!

Hi Saphire, I'm planning on going to Dr. Placik too! Please keep updating, I want to see how things go for you :) You said you have a narrow frame, but thicker build. Do you mean like a narrow chest, but wider hips, butt, shoulders? I'm just short and wide all over lol.

I'm 5'2" and 105, and the doc said he would have to use UHPs to be able to fit 350 (I had 225s in originally), but it turns out he didn't need to, only HP, so I think mine look good. UHP is for getting more CC's when you want more CC's but have a tiny ribcage and although I don't think they look more fake necessarily, I just don't see many women on here getting them because it doesn't help much with cleavage, and that's what a lot of women would prefer -- more cleavage rather than more projection. That's just my opinion. Check out my brand new 350s.

I was a 30D with 225 overs, so I haven't gotten sized yet but I assume I may be a 30DD with 350 unders, but it is still proportionate to my booty also -- and not fake or too big in clothing or even naked, so I think 480 would get you where you wanna be.

I ended up with ultra high profile gummy bears and had terrible apprehension about the profile. My doc insisted it would be fine and showed me all the Allergan size charts, showed me I was going up 1 cm in profile, and he was right. I am SO happy and highly doubt anyone could spot whether or not I had high profile or ultra high profile. Happy surgery and good luck! I think you'll be happy with whatever you choose....

I just got out of surgery a little bit ago Dr placik and the nurses were sooo incredibly sweet! I'm surprisingly not in a lot of pain just pressure and it's hard to sit up! I go In again on Monday... Can't wait to see them without a bra!!!!!
